Other Enquiries
Your first point of contact depends on the type of concern:
Academic — the relevant subject teacher can be contacted via Compass
Pastoral care, wellbeing or behaviour — your child’s Team Leader or Year Coordinator (see below).
Health — your child’s Team Leader or Year Coordinator, or the School Nurse.
Who to contact about pastoral, behaviour or health matters depends on your child’s year level:
Middle School (Years 7-8) — the Team Leader for your child’s Community.
Upper School (Years 9-10) - the Year Coordinator for your child’s year group.
Senior School (Years 9-12) — the Year Coordinator for your child’s year group.
For behaviour matters, you can also contact the Student Services Coordinator.
Connect
Connect is an integrated online environment developed by the Department of Education WA for staff, students and parents in public schools. Mount Lawley Senior High School uses Connect to communicate with parents/carers.

Visiting the School
If you would like to speak with a staff member in person, we suggest you call first to make an appointment. Staff are often teaching classes and may only be available to speak with you at certain times of the day or week.
When you arrive at the school, please report to one of the Administration Offices.
Our office hours are 8.15am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
All visitors to government high schools are required to sign in and be issued with a visitor’s pass.
